What to Expect
Through various movement, in-depth conversation, and hands-on educational wellness experiences, attendees are invited to reconnect with their bodies, ask more direct questions about their health, and leave with resources they can realistically integrate into their daily lives.

What to Expect
An intentional afternoon of tarot, yoga, meditation, and reflection guided by the wisdom of the Major Arcana. This gathering is in collaboration with Seven from Seven’s Aura and our fellow community member Wendi Brod. Seven will be leading the yoga/tarot/journaling session and Wendi will be offering *limited oracle readings. Open to all levels. This is gonna be a good one. Hope to see you there ladies!

What to Expect
A morning of soothing movement, intentional energy release/reclamation, and leave feeling empowered with useful practices you can use at home. I will be sharing some tools you can use to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body, then guide you through energy work using the power of your voice and gestures.
- Bring headphones if you’d like to use music during your energy work sesh
- Journal (optional for writing down beliefs and affirmations)
