Be Do Have: March Newsletter
Hey everyone! Here's what we’re tapping into this month💫
✨ Monthly Manifestation Tip
Train your brain to notice evidence
Our brains have a filtering system called the RAS: Reticular Activating System. It decides what information is important. You can train it to start noticing evidence of what you want in life.
—-
This month’s practice:
Choose one belief you want your brain to notice more evidence for. It can be big or small. Example: If you’re trying to manifest more support in your life, actively notice moments when someone helps you, checks on you, and/or shows care. If you’re trying to manifest more money, actively notice any time you receive money, find money, save money, get a discount, etc. Bonus if you affirm it out loud.
If you wanna see the RAS work in real time, next time you’re walking somewhere like the store, “shoutout” a different color and watch your eyes all of the sudden see that color everywhere. I did this in a clothing store, where at first I started with yellow, then all of the sudden I saw yellow clothes all across the store, then I changed to red, and saw red clothes everywhere. Nothing changed in the store, but the visual information my brain was prioritizing bringing to my attention did. Try it out!
What you consistently notice teaches your brain what to look for more of, and what’s important. So what’s important to you?

This month, we're highlighting Mel Chanté!
Ariel Jay’s music feels like emotional honesty without over-explaining. Her sound is intimate, reflective, and soulful, creating space for feeling without urgency. She also recently released her album “Close to the Sun” last year May 2025! Popular Songs: “Glow88” (of course), “Mag!c”, and “Open the Blinds” (“Clouds” is an honorable mention, I love. And “America Inc.” was one of (if not thee) first song I heard by her and I would listen to it on my way home from my 9-5 singing those lyrics with my CHEST haha ) Genre: R&B/Soul
Mel Chanté’s music feels like poetry meets the soul. Her sound is intimate and her words are captivating.
Popular Songs: “Temple”, “Magnificent”, and “Peace”
Genre: R&B/Soul
