Be. Do. Have Playlist: Monthly Highlights!
Introducing a tool to help build self concept and form beliefs, + 4 new song adds
Be Do Have: February Newsletter
Hey everyone! Here's what we’re tapping into this month💫
✨ Monthly Manifestation Tip
Emotional regulation influences how you experience the journey; such as the pace, the resistance, the detours, etc. Belief is what determines whether you're on the path at all.
Your self-concept is the collection of beliefs you hold about who you are, what’s normal for you, and what you’re available for. And the fastest way to shift it isn’t through affirmations alone. It’s through evidence.

This month’s practice:
Choose one belief you want to strengthen (for example: “Everything always works in my favor,” “People respond well to me,” or “I am safe to be seen”).
Then, for the next week, collect proof. Take note of every small moment that supports this belief, even if it feels minor or mundane. You can write them down, record video diaries, voice memo, or just take a mental note.
Your nervous system trusts lived experience more than repetition. When you consistently show your body evidence, your expectations shift, and your reality follows.
Self-concept isn’t about convincing yourself. It’s about training your awareness to notice who you are already becoming.

⭐ Artist Spotlight
This month, we're highlighting Ariel J!
Ariel Jay’s music feels like emotional honesty without over-explaining. Her sound is intimate, reflective, and soulful, creating space for feeling without urgency. She also recently released her album “Close to the Sun” last year May 2025!
Popular Songs: “Glow88” (of course), “Mag!c”, and “Open the Blinds” (“Clouds” is an honorable mention, I love. And “America Inc.” was one of (if not thee) first song I heard by her and I would listen to it on my way home from my 9-5 singing those lyrics with my CHEST haha )
Genre: R&B/Soul
